» If you buy a shed or garage for $2000 and pay cash for it , you will have paid the $2000 plus tax and will have a nice building
» If you finance your building through a bank or morgage company you will pay the $2000 plus your legal fees and interest and have a building
» If you rent a $2000 building for the full 36 months you will pay a total of $3636 and have a nice building at the end.
» If you rent a 10x16 Storage unit for $100 a month at the end of 36 months you will have paid $3600 and you have exactly nothing!
» If your $2000 lawn mower or 4-Wheeler rusts or gets stolen because you didnt rent a space that really hurts!
» If at any time you wish to pay off the shed simply pay off 55% of the balance and the building is yours.
» If you run into a financial bind or have a emergency you can call us and we will work with you to extend your payments or you can pay the current months rental fee and we will come get your building for no extra charge and no more payments.
What do I do to get Started?
Stop in at our facility or call us and we will design the building that best fits your needs as you would on a normal purchase... We will then calculate your monthly payment based on the cash price of your building.
Order your building and pay a security deposit and the first months rent. Once the building arrives you can move in your belongings and your month to month rental term will begin.
